One great way to save money on healthcare is to do what you can to prevent getting sick. Eating right, getting exercise, and getting enough sleep won’t necessarily cost you money, but can save you in the long run on health care. I also comparison shop for products I use often, use coupons and rewards programs at the stores I shop at, and request generics when appropriate.

We have an HSA that makes good sense of saving money pre tax for medical expenses.

Honestly, the best way I’ve found to save money on health care is by using generic meds whenever possible. On OTC meds, I go for store brands.

Take daily multivitamin with food as a preventative and to help maintain good health.

I get my prescriptions through the mail and it saves me money.
    Thanks for the contest.
